I’m glad you’re here!
I hope that you’re holding a cute mug of your favorite drink. I hope that your feet are warmly planted in comfy slippers. I hope your family is healthy and your friendships are deep and many. If, however, your cup is filled with something less like-able or if you find yourself in different shoes… if there is sickness and sadness or even death in your family, if you’re suffering struggles to which the answer can’t be found in friendship… I’m writing here for you and me.
A year and a half ago I was a stay-at-home mom, a freelance graphic designer, and the wife of an amazing youth pastor in Wisconsin. Today I am a single-mama to two rambunctious pre-schoolers, a part time communications director at a church in Minnesota and a young widow. In Christ alone I find strength to survive the daily grind and face the grief with my littles. His word and the support systems that surround me sustain us and even bring deep joy. God is in control, and it’s a good thing.
My name is Lizzie Lindberg. I’m passionate about building and maintaining relationships, cultivating creativity & consistency and problem solving. I blog about my views on life as shaped by my experiences, conversations with great friends and study in Scripture. Thank you for taking time to read what I’ve written here. Please feel free to leave me a note, I’d love to connect with you.
